Domestic Shipping



We currently ship within the United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.





International Shipping



International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination.


Customers are responsible for:

  • Brokerage fees



These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.





Shipping Delays



Mason Amir is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors beyond our control.





Lost or Stolen Packages



Once an order has been marked as delivered, Mason Amir is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.


If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.





Incorrect Address



Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.





Damaged Orders



If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will review and assist you accordingly.
